Penn State Houston Virtual Career Panel


​We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Virtual Career Panel on Monday, June 22 at 6:30 PM via Zoom.  The panel will feature a few recruiters who will offer advice on how to navigate the tumultuous job market.  This event is not just for those actively looking for a job, but also those who may consider switching roles down the road, are looking to best position themselves within their company, or anyone just curious! Our panelists will provide their tips for achieving professional success, before we open it up to Q&A.  We are appreciative of the following confirmed panelists who have made time in their busy schedule to join us for the evening (full bios below):

Hayley Dalton currently works at Spencer Ogden, an Energy & Infrastructure recruitment firm, where she focuses on recruiting into the financial inception part of the energy project lifecycle. She works with private capital firms, energy corporates and utilities, and banking platforms across the U.S. to help them find top level, diverse talent to help them strategically grow their teams.

In the past few years of working with Spencer Ogden, she has made over 30 placements across the Energy Finance industry at various levels, and manages a team internally that has a goal of helping people navigate the job market through honest relationships and a mutually desired end goal of finding you that ideal next step in your career.
