Scholarship Application

In the late 1980's the Greater Houston Chapter started fundraising to establish a scholarship for Houston Area students completing their Freshman Year at Penn State. In 2021 the scholarship was renamed for Greg Kelley, a long-time Board Member of the Greater Houston Alumni Chapter. This scholarship is made possible through generous donations by supporters of the Penn State Houston Alumni Chapter.
